Martin Anderson has been working in the printing industry for 16 years. He is the Production Manager for Innolink. As the head of the Pre-press departments of some printing firms for some ten years, he was responsible for the designs of a variety of products ranging from labels and posters to security jobs. Besides, he has trained a lot of graphic designers all of whom are performing very well in the industry. Besides, he has managed the production outfits of a few companies in the industry. Due to his vast experience, he is able to coordinate perfectly all pre-pres, printing and finishing activities. |

Franklin A. Benefo is the Marketing Consultant of the firm. Having marketed printed products over the continent in both Francophone and Anglophone markets, he has an appreciable knowledge of customer expectations. He has been involved in the development of packaging materials and other products for such multinationals as Unilever, Nestle, Guinness Ghana, Ghana Breweries and Sierra Leone Breweries (Heineken) |

Kingsley K. N. Addo is the Business Development Manager of Innolink Limited. He coordinates the production effort between Marketing and Production to ensure adherence to customers’ delivery schedules. He manages the administration and ensures management decisions are duly executed.

Kingsley Adu-Boadi is in charge of the Plate-making section, which is one of the wings of the Pre-press department. He transfers images from films onto plates to enable the press complete the printing process.

Isaac Adu is one of the capable hands at the designing studio. Crystallizing ideas into pictures and images is something he has been doing so expertly for the past six years.

Albert Koomson works in the design studio. Having spent a long time in the advertising agency as a designer, he is able to anticipate the needs of the client; and has the penchant for providing clients with captivating designs that they often find difficult to resist. He is an expert in advertising jobs like posters, brochures and leaflets.

Michael Quartson is part of the marketing team. In collaboration with other staff of the department, he sees to the scheduling of jobs brought in and liaises between clients and the company. He has the responsibility of ensuring that the printed job meets the expectations of the clients. In fact, he plays a major role in customer satisfaction.

Abraham Nartey is a member of our formidable marketing team whose core responsibility it is to provide the needs of clients at the time they want them. The company’s ability to delight its clients depends, to large extent, the marketing team.

Michael Abbey is the Quality Assurance Supervisor, working directly under the Production Manager. His responsibilities span across the entire spectrum of the printing process. He is therefore responsible for the activities of the entire production staff whose work he supervises on daily basis to enable them meet the expected quality standards.

Michael Sossah controls the electrical and electronic engineering sections of our operational outfit. He has several years pre and post qualification experience in the installation and operational maintenance of press machinery and equipment. He has received specialized training specifically on press production machinery within the Heidelberg (German) environment. He has been responsible for the training of a number of local personnel on press machinery in a number of reputable firms in Ghana.

Andrew B. Anderson is the Flexographic Machine Operator. He joined the company in response to our international search for a specialist operator for our newly acquired flexographic machine. After his training and long-working period on flexo machines, Andrew joined Innolink with his wealth of experience which he has been sharing with his colleague printers. He has been able to build a lot of confidence within his colleagues who prior to his arrival, had little knowledge and experience on the operations of flexographic machines.
